Viewing your Activity Log
To view a composite of the activities completed using the Civic Champs app, select the three horizontal bars on the left side of the screen. Select Activity Log. Once Activity Log is selected, a list of activities and their duration will be listed. At the top of the screen are the total hours a volunteer has completed through the app.
A user may additionally view the details of the activity by clicking on the arrow to the right of the volunteer hours.
Adding an Activity
Adding an activity is the same as "Logging Other Hours," or logging volunteer hours outside of using the Civic Champs app.
If you choose to log previous hours, first find your organization in the selection of organizations. Input the name of your organization in the search engine at the top of the screen to filter through organizations until you find the correct one. Once the organization is selected, click Next.
Afterwards, input the date and duration of the volunteering. Next, use the dropdown menu to determine the type of activity. In this example, the activity is "General." Finally, if applicable, enter a group name or number. Once all information is entered correctly, click Add.
All volunteering data will filter into your Activity Log.
